Jordana, a partner of Garr Silpe, P.C., represents clients in all aspects and phases of matrimonial and family law including the litigation of complex equitable distribution, child support, maintenance, custody, and parental alienation cases as well as the settlement of such matters. She also represents clients in the negotiation of their prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Jordana has represented parties in same-sex divorce matters and prenuptial agreements.
Jordana has an AV Preeminent Rating (highest possible rating by her peers and the judiciary in both legal ability and ethical standards) in the Martindale-Hubbell directory of attorneys for the since 2000. She has served as a judge at the American Bar Association Law Student Division National Appellate Advocacy Competition Brooklyn Regional.
