She obtained her certification as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® in 2013. Katie’s unique background in both law and finance provides an invaluable element of effective attorney representation when the issues to be resolved or litigated include complex valuation issues, complicated compensation structures, and the need for forensic asset or income tracing.

Katie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland, College Park before going on to earn her law degree with a concentration in family law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. In addition to serving as an editor on the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, Katie was selected to participate in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, mediating matrimonial cases referred by the New York State Supreme Court through the New York County Matrimonial Mediation Program.
